Cooking with -- and caring for -- the Titanium Pro Collection

The most high-performance cookware we’ve designed to date, this professional-grade collection offers high searing power and unmatched durability — without any Forever Chemicals.

The revolutionary, non-toxic, no-coating nonstick technology — which we call NoCo® — is just the beginning of what makes the Titanium Pro Collection the most advanced set of pots and pans on the market. Designed to last a lifetime, with the biggest material benefits rolled into one (the searing power and durability of stainless steel, with the convenience of nonstick), it might just be the last home cooking investment you’ll ever need to make.

This guide walks you through the use, care, and maintenance of the Titanium Pro Collection. Just a little time and effort can lead to a lifetime of incredible meals shared with the people you love most.

A New Class of Cookware

Each piece in the collection features NoCo®, the game-changing nonstick innovation. The technology is constructed, not coated, so it’s actually  built into the pan .

How does it work? We engineered a mixto-texture that, when heat-treated and hardened onto the pressed pattern in the titanium interior, mirrors the naturally-occurring hydrophobic effect of lotus leaves. The Lotus Effect technology maximizes your sear, while the pockets between the dots increase airflow, creating the nonstick self-release effect (and preserving oil and fat for better browning). It’s quite the innovation!

To activate the technology , preheat the pan or pot for 90 seconds, then coat the interior with high smoke point oil. That’s it! You’re ready.

Daily Maintenance

The Titanium Pro Collection (including the utensils) is dishwasher safe, so if you have one, just toss it in for a cycle after cooking. Or, you can hand wash the pots and pans with a bristle brush — be sure to scrub between the dots to get rid of any stubborn food or residue buildup.

To clean the exterior, use a soft sponge with warm, soapy water to avoid scratches. If any pesky spills occur, be sure to wipe them from the outside of the pan before they have a chance to burn. To keep that high-shine Chrome exterior looking good, use a bit of white vinegar and a soft cloth to buff out fingerprints.

To keep the NoCo® nonstick technology in the best possible shape, we recommend rubbing a teaspoon of neutral oil into the interior  after  cleaning and  before  storage.

Note: Always allow your pots and pans to fully cool before cleaning. Avoid any extreme temperature changes!

A Deep Clean

Sometimes, like all things in life, a reset is necessary. If something’s sticking, it might be due to food build-up or oil residue — but don’t worry, your pan’s performance isn’t gone, it just needs a little love.

Boil 1 cup of baking soda, 1 cup of water, and 1 cup of white vinegar on high for 5 minutes. Scrub with a bristle brush, rinse thoroughly, and dry completely.

After deep cleaning, coat the interior with a teaspoon of neutral oil and heat for 5 minutes on medium. Let it fully cool, then wipe away any excess oil before storing or using again. If the nonstick isn’t quite what you remember, don’t worry — it’ll come back. It just needs a little reset.

Patience is Key

The Chrome set is heat-safe up to 1000°F, while the Chrome & Gold set is resistant up to 750°F. That kind of searing power is ideal for steaks and pork chops, while the NoCo® technology means you can easily sear delicate fish, make omelettes, and more, without sticking.

While cooking, you may notice your food doesn’t slide as easily as you’re accustomed to with ceramic nonstick cookware. What gives?

Don’t worry — the way the NoCo® nonstick technology works, your food will self-release when it’s time to be flipped or plated. That’s the micro-texture, the pressed pattern, and the pockets between them doing their work. If your food is still sticking, it just needs a little more time. Reducing the heat will help, too.

Performance, Designed to Last a Lifetime

As with any groundbreaking technology, the Titanium Pro Collection’s NoCo® technology might take a little getting used to. But understanding and properly caring for this unique cookware is a tiny price to pay for a lifetime’s worth of meals and memories shared at the table.
